New version and RMSD

This new version of the folding program just doesn't seem to be getting lower RMSD's. I am 2/3 through my 2nd set of 250 generations and can't get lower than 13.46. It seemed to start out faster, but has stalled.
No one is even close to getting lower than 8.xx.:sleepy:

Started the third set of 250 generations and finally got a lower RMSD 13.120
I noticed that I always have gotten lower RMSD's only during the early stages of the generation set. Interesting!
Maybe it doesn't need that first quick 10,000 folds to get folding right?

Just keep calm and fold.
That's the thing since nearly two years I'm computing DFP. Only the mass of computed structures brings the best on top - that's just mathematics.
