Correct, but the Update Daemon is accepting the package off the DF server..well, it was. It is always a few hours earlier for those with big Farms to ease the update load by allowing them to config the Update off their own Proxy Server

    we've done 126, 94, 104 and 103...

85 or 87 would be nice (as would 76)
Okay we've done 98 this time. What will it be tomorrow . . .

Since most targets have been around 100, my guess for the next one . . .

Yeah, 119. Generation 0 will take just over 4 hours to complete on fairly fast system (Barton @ 2343 MHz, 213 FSB)...

Looks like there's only 3 in the list that we still have time to complete, and they all need to be done this week. the 261 is outside the range for DF which leaves 70 and 119 (why oh why couldn't we have the 70 )

Is this going to be the last CASP protein ?

  17. #137
Just as an aside, the CASP proteins that were selected to be run on DF were chosen based on sequence length as well as their estimated difficulty (via various methods I won't get into). The more difficult proteins are less likely to be well solved by the other approaches we're using for CASP, which makes them great candidates for folding.

Well, bye bye Casp hello regular Proteins. I suppose asking for a 64 is too much for Santa

    Great Idea ...

If your team get a 37 and all other teams a 119

    No update-mirros yet ?

There is nothing to see on Paratima's update-mirror yet. That's cutting it close for some farmers, especially overseas in Europe (and further eastward).

I told Howard that having a menu system with the "Format Storage Array" option right next to "Upload New Daemon" was a bad idea when you get tired .

Surprise! Does this mean the grace period is extended? Or did it always start AFTER the protein change instead of the planned time.
