    Hear ye! Hear ye!

I hereby proclaim...that by this time next week, the Christians will fall to the lions (well, us at least -- I mean, we are the young lions of DC, right?).
After the conquering will be the usual great feast from IB's fridgicus at the Colosseum.

This public service announcement brought to you by the great Anteraanius Maximus.

Your profile doesn't provide sufficient evidence of the first, although your proclamation shows a nature indicative of the second.

Press On Regardless! Have at them Christians!

(Sorry. Got no lion smilies. )

While I really like Free-DC improving one rank at any project (especially those I take part in) I do not agree how you treat those poor "Christians".

I really feel like for them - you must know, both my first name and my religion are "Christian"

All right, all right, I am forced to retract my previous statement. Due to overwhelming sympathy towards the Christian community (and the D2OL gauntlet, and the impending DPC takeover in DF, etc, etc ), the Christians have been spared. All lions have been returned to their cages, and we shall find more conventional means with which to claim the #18 spot. This shall require a bit more time than previously expected, but have no doubt as to the outcome.

We have a mere 250,000 point gap ahead of us, so crunch on!

Yea, the furry one's output is most impressive. One of these days, the never-ending WU I have one on of my boxen will finish, and I'll be happy to see a decent daily number again. You have to love those WU's that go like this (actual numbers, btw):
    87.94% @ 235150 sec
    87.95% @ 237300
    88.03% @ 252700
I'm hoping this job will push me over the 200k (points) mark.

UPDATE: It appears all my waiting was worthwhile, as I am currently at 200014 points.
