Unable to use the Stats Tool Configuration

I've never been able to use the Stats Tool to configure my account. Main reason for needing it is so I can input my CPID so I can view my stats.

When I click the Stats Tool link on the side menu it takes me to a page that asks whether I would like to create an entry in the database. It has a CREATE selection button. I click on it and nothing happens.

I go back to the side menu and the entry for Your Stats Page now has a bolded entry (Enter your cpid on statstool and login to use)

But I am already logged in and I am never given any way to input my CPID.

I click on the Stats Tool Configuration link in the side menu and it just takes me back to the same page with the ineffective CREATE button.https://discord.com/channels/1106324...06704182132766
