    Protein update problems...

    experiencing 3 problems:

    1) on clients waiting to update, I am getting the following message appear in the error.log:

    2) the auto-update daemon is reporting it is 'Unable to get latest version info, please check network connection'

    3) one client I manually update earlier is reporting 'Tue Jun 08 21:15:42 2004 ERROR: [022.000] {foldtrajlite2.c, line 4937} Warning during upload: STATUS 908 INCORRECT PROTEIN' when it tries to upload. Protein size is 145
    and client is timestamped as Jun 7 2004...

    3) just happened to me as well (all particulars are the same)...

    stats were up but are now down. Could they be fixing it?

    PFB, just saw you restarted your AMD64 3400+ in hope it will be better!

    - only done that to see if a fresh setup helped...as it is quick (well the quickest I have) to process gen 0 I thought I could use the hour's break...

    I've still got the old data to fall back to if this fails...

    It seems that problems with error 908 have been resolved... Reuploading same generations (starting with gen 0) gives no errors now.

    just finished updating manually - it seems the archive downloaded (distribfold-patch-120-win9x.exe) had a dodgy protein.trj - keeps failing the CRC check...
