The June Bootid meteor shower is active each year in late June. The next peak is expected on June 23rd around 1100 UT (4 a.m. PDT). I was in my backyard star gazing and playing with the telescope and have noticed them already. They seem to cross right over the big dipper (or very near it). I came in and posted after seeing two of them. Once I saw the first one I kept an eye out and sure enough I spoted another withing five minutes. I figured maybe someone here would enjoy looking for them, as it's pretty relaxing to just sit outside and look at the sky sometimes, especially when there is something to look for. The meteors are rather slow so they are easy to spot and follow (they look like slow moving stars basically, some faster than others).

Above: This image shows the area of sky around the June Bootid radiant, indicated by a red dot. At 10 p.m. local time in late June, the radiant will be directly overhead as seen from mid--northern latitude observing sites. (from spaceweather.com)
