Thanks to the many informative posts you provided on this forum, combined with a few directories uploaded to the ftp site, I have managed to track down a small flaw in logic on the server-side processing.
This will be fixed today during the protein changeover. Thanks to all for their diligent reports

Well, the fix was applied during the update, but on the server side. You should no longer be getting 906 errors with the new casp target. If they reappear, please let me know.Originally posted by Grumpy

I'm not clear on what happens with the buffered gens, however. Are they lost forever as some seem to say, or do they get uploaded now that the update is in place?
