Factor for (possibly) ongoing test found

This is what I got just minutes ago:

I have a feeling it came a *little* bit too late, but could anyone of the project coordinators check if this is still a running test and maybe inform the relevant user that a factor has been found?
(needless to say that I submitted it to the database immediately too)
