We have some major database issues

So stats are switched off again.

Forums database has been moved though, so forum will remain on, even if stats goes down. Working through the issues

Not even sure what the main problem is right now, but my ranking algorithm's within mysql have degraded to 50x as slow and I can't figure out why..

Going to take the DB down again for a short time. Should only be 30mins or so as I reformat the filesystems back to ext2 to see if that was the issue..

    Forums will be ok..

    All fixed...

Take a look at something like

    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...tsrun&proj=rah

and see where it started going wrong with the ranking parts and how it's now back to normal...

ext3 wrecked some of the queries. I guess the journalling part just didn't sit well with such huge updates..

Went back to ext2 and it's all good
