Any idea if this is upgradeable?

System is an HP Pavilion XG843. Processor is an Intel Celeron (Coppermine), 800 MHz,
100MHz FSB, Socket 370. Trigem motherboard. I've been searching all morning and can't seem to find any info.
I'd like a drop in CPU replacement to get it to at least 1 GHz. If i can't get there, I'll probably just add some RAM (it only has 192 meg right now) and save my pennies for a new box.
