    Gauntleteers Roll Call

Please only post what you can run and are willing to run. No replying to posts. I'll start it off.

I can run all windows projects and are willing to do pretty much any of them. Not a huge fan of BOINC but I will run if others are wanting to.

I can also run every Windows project, prefer medical projects, no BOINC.

So fired up RC-72 now, because UD wu's are huge...

    Windows only atm.

Non intrusive/visible offline projects are best (i.e. FAD)

    Intel CPU's only.

I have a 2200+ Sempron(yes, it IS correct that it's a 2200+[1.75GHz])on Windows XP. I'll run anything but UD cancer.

EDIT: Running UD Folding at the moment.

I've got my boxen starting on RC5-72 - it will take a while for them to transition off of FaD and onto RC5.

I'm having them switch between OGR-P2 and RC5-72 for the moment, since I hate my position in the OGR stats .

Why don't you move all machines to RC5-72? Probably after reaching our goal there we will switch to OGR duo to the fact that this project is ending and we really should push there hard.

We are trying to stick to running the projects we are ranked lowest in first.

You're right. Another reason to run for RC5-72.

For all OGR crunchers. It's very easy to change the client from OGR to RC5, you don't need to stop the client!

If you have this line, if not add it:

    [rc5-72]
    fetch-workunit-threshold=1000

    and this one:

    [misc]
    project-priority=RC5-72=0,OGR-P2

    Change the latter to

    [misc]
    project-priority=RC5-72,OGR-P2=0

And the client will start automatically crunching for RC5.

    Cheers,

    Carlos

I'm not necessarily part of the "gauntlet", and I'm already the 4th highest team producer (output) in RC5. I pretty much just crunch whatever I have an interest in crunching for the week, unless IB declares some sort of emergency

Basically, I just don't like to have to scroll my browser down on the page when I look at my stats, and I'm way down past the bottom of the page in OGR

So, I have things set up to switch between crunching 2 RC5 packets, then 2 OGR packets. It's more fun that way, thows a few Ghz worth of stuff towards the gauntlet, and fixes up the OGR stats page more towards my liking, all at the same time.

(Grr... I might have to switch back to SOB if Anarchy threatens my 10th place spot there....)
