GUI? & CPU usage

Hi I'm n00b to this project and have just installed it on a 2100+ Athlon. But I have 2 questions:

1) I've seen a picture of a GUIhere but how do I make it display on my screen if I wanna check the circuits?

2) My taskmanager shows that "Wrapper.exe" is using 0% of my CPU. Is that normal or is something wrong?

The project is currently down on the server side.
Normally the GUI will just open when you run the Client software (assuming you've not installed it as a Service).
Check back in a few days... hopefully things will be running again(?)...
