Milestone suggestion

Step 1
Determine which project for a user has the most credit and what milestone that falls into for that project.

Step 2
Count how many other projects in the user's list that are also in that same project milestone.

You need at least 2 to get any.

Call it Nabers.

Example: 3 Nabers
Project 1 - 50,200,0000 - 50Mil Milestone - Project with most credit.
Project 2 - 50,100,0000 - 50Mil Milestone
Project 2 - 50,000,0000 - 50Mil Milestone
Project 2 - 49,900,0000 - 45Mil Milestone
Project 2 - 49,000,0000 - 45Mil Milestone

Now reverse that mentality. The lowest and call it Rebans (Naber Reversed)
