    how fast is it? (new protein)

    i need to know ASAP!! is it another lightning round??

    well, the server was up for a few minutes, but it looks like its back down :/

    doesn't the file/download size relate to the protein size?

    it was under 4MB

    somebody on Anandtech also reported slowness, about 1/3 the speed of the lightning bug we just did

    About 150K per day on the P4-2Ghz box.

    The P4 seems to do relatively better on the larger proteins.

    how does that relate to the last one?

    if the last one was a ten on the fast meter, would the new one be a 5? or 7? or what?

    i just started running it (this better not mess with my old results!! ) it seems to be more than 50% of the last one, short term look anyway

    the last one (53) was getting around 2.8 - 3 structures/second, this one is now getting 1.8-2 structures/second on my P4 2.7...

    slower - but still folding (and that's all that matters )

    Looks like about a '6' on the scale... or 60% of the last one.
