This happens all the time, usually in the evenings here so I guess that's early hours of the morning your timezone.
Previously I recall something about its "normal" for it to occur for up to an hour.
ah, I see the problem. Should be fixed. Looks like only for this particular page. It shouldn't happen I don't think, but in this case I'd left the code in that script to write the cached page AND done an include which means the it's duplicated. It wrote it out correctly, then overwrote it with a blank file..

Looks ok now? Not sure what the problem was.
*EDIT* actually looking at the logs, it was the weekly rollover that took 2 1/2 hours. Mostly inserting the weekly user data as I stopped the weekly host data altogether. I'll optimize those tables this week.
Hmm pity you couldn't multi-thread it so that queries could continue but marked as (*) data maybe refreshing.
