Thumbs up Old Stats Issues 2013

New Stats Issues Thread - Post all your issues here - Before posting please read the old thread as we be working on it..
When posting about a bug can you include as much information as possible especially if it is a layout issue as these maybe very specific to the browser being used and if possible a screenshot

    Many Thanks.

    Current Issues being worked on:
Layout Issue - Being Resolved, need more info, working fine in Firefox v3.6.28, v9.0, Chrome 18.x , Safari (latest), IE 8 in Compatibility mode.
Font size - Resolved, it should be back to 11pt.

The charts no longer have that 3d look as we have switched to a different plot engine which is using the Canvas ability of HTML 5 to render the charts, I know there are few minor issues and 2 pages have yet to be switched over but I am working on that too.

Seem to have lost 4 projects and ~315M credits in the last day or so.

This is not a stats issue.
I'm afraid that you have a CPID-split in progress:
    f8a1647d261127848e5c2d632464bfc8
    and
    3bfe3268986a7fe9ebaa5acc02e69393

as evident from here using the FDC stats cross project search:
    http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...xact=N&cross=N

You need to fix your CPID split.

It's not, I unfortunately don't have that data any longer, it was lost in the last crash. I'm seeing if I can recover it one way or the other.

BOINC projects have not updated for longer than usual.
non-BOINC projects are still updating (approx 42 minutes ago)

Could you check the BOINC loader, please?

I guess youze guys have noticed that things are a little broken at the moment. A quick glance at my CPID page http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...029048beb69fb3 and my combined stats sig block will reveal a host of badness I'll post more details if required, but so much is wrong that I don't know where to start at the moment

    Cheers,

Yep. Looks like a busted table again that needs Bok's attention.
I'm sure he will be along soon with a big hammer to whack it back into a usable form.

It was me, I had the scripts down for a little maintenance yesterday. Needed to optimize some tables, messed up the milestones, but that has now been corrected.

I think all is back to normal.

Bok, can you take care of the outstanding Team Approvals?
There seem to be some duplicates, but I lost the reference to the task instruction

Somehow suddenly 2 CPDN-Projects (BBC and Seasonal) popped up in my stats, with exactly the same credits as main project.

I never ever crunched for BBC, just had an account there.
And my credits from Seasonal are just over 10K, not over 1M.

    Any idea what went wrong?

Hmm looking into it, possible glitch with the stats data coming in, they all have the same ID # which makes me suspect that is the case....

Looks like the CPDN guys have expired or redirected that Seasonal Attribution website back to the main CPDN one, so my scripts pulled down the files from there and uploaded them as Seasonal Attribution,

I'll have to restore them and switch them off.

I was wondering where an unexpected gift of 100k had come from I expect I'll lose 150k at some stage

Not crunched CPDN for ages, and FWIW, my stats from my CPID page:

    42 Seasonal Attribution 54,100 54,100 54,100 0 0 0 33220down33220 51,337down51337 4,538 107
    43 Climate Prediction 54,100 0 0 0 0 0 33220 51,337 4,538 107
    44 BBC Climate Prediction 54,100 50,730 50,730 0 0 0 33220up24791 51,337up10047 4,538 107

    Climate prediction is correct.

    Cheers,

    Al.

    Just a question:
I still have my 25M-Milestone in the stats for yesterday, while that was just because of the 2.2M credits I've got temporarily from SAP and BBC. Is it possible to reset those as well with no more then one ore two clicks for you?
Don't bother to mess too much with the database, it's just a minor inconvenience.

You should just crunch a bit harder - You're nearly at 25M anyway

Anyway @Bok - Nice job cleaning up - No weird stuff like negative credit in my stats. Like

Right, nothing weird any more, anything fine and clean. I think I should consider another donation, once my March wage is in

I noticed yesterday when I looked at SETI stats everyone who 'made' credits made negative credit? Just thought I would mention it.

    User Monthly Scores Graph

    Hello folks,

I have noticed that following the latest reset of Free-DC Stats, due to the latest outage, that my "User Monthly Scores" are now longer depicted in the graph at the bottom of my Free-DC stats page. That graph now displays a 0 half way up the left margin with a solid horizontal white line running across the graph from it. Is anybody else experiencing this? Is there a way to get back previous "User Monthly Scores"?

    Thanks

    Two issues:

    1. The PrimeGrid Sub-project signature is not working. See my sig below. It's also evident at the PG Forums.

    2. The User Monthly Scores at the bottom of the user stats page is blank.

I expect these are being corrected?

Thanks for the all the detail on my favourite stats site.

Trying to fix them. Subproject data might be incorrect until tomorrow but should appear. Combined monthly data is being somewhat problematic, still trying to recover it.

I fixed the subproject data, but I need help with updating the descriptions if anyone can help with that. It has to be shortish as it appears in the badges. This is what I have it set to currently.

There's some debug popups still around. For instance go to http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=proj&proj=pri and click on one of the purple tabs

    No Big Deal

This one is really weird, bear with me

Go to my CPID page http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...029048beb69fb3

Scroll down to "110 EDGI Demo project"

Click on my project rank (currently 16)

    Get taken to http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?p...edgd&offset=16

And here's the thing, there's no Top, Previous, Jump to rank, Next, Next >> bar!

Every other project I've tried, I get the chance to jump to a rank. Not for this one case though.

Weird. Non urgent (just edit the offset in the URL).

    Cheers,

    Al.

It's in the same boat as the monthly Boinc stats - being recovered.

That will be some of the page logic to toggle those "next / prev" bars on and off and given it appears there are only 57 participants that maybe the reason < 100 it's not going to show up ....

FWIW, my Primegrid sig block is still wrong:

The correct descriptions are here: http://www.primegrid.com/forum_threa...rap=true#64166

Not a big deal, but it was much easy to read when the words were there instead of WOO, CUL and the like

    Cheers,

    Al.
