The code for doing the actual calculations is the same as in GIMPS, so I'd guess P4's rule SoB too.
As the code for the factorer is the same P4's rule that too.
When it comes to sieving Athlons rule though.

The Free-DC homepage was redesigned recently and now shows a list of projects the team is active in. On this list you can see what processors the client runs especially good on. And for SoB "Athlon" is shown.
From former times I remember that SoB better run on P4s. Has this changed recently? Or is my memory cheating on me?
Alpha (who wrote that information for the homepage) told me he found the info (Athlon is better for SoB) somewhere in this forum.
Can please anyone clairify things? Please don't tell me Gimps is the only project P4s still rule
