    Looks like ECC2 is Done (Found the Solution)

    Well it looks like the ECC2 challenge is finally over. A probably solution has been found and verified by Chris Monico but now it has to be officially confirmed by Certicom:

    MD5CRK is most similar project.

    For those of you not familiar, MD5CRK is quite similar to ECC2-109 in that both are looking for a collision and using Pollard's Rho cycle detecting algorithm.

    The MD5CRK client will also probably run faster on your hardware. Don't forget to join the Free-DC team once you setup your client!

    We were in 18th place according to the Rank Panel from yesterday.

    DF, MD5CRK or LifeMapper where we are threatened right now, are good options...
