    QuantumFIRE Alpha

New Project based at Cambridge University in England

    http://cah.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/

Registration is open for about 2000 users initially. Stats are available and I've added them already though the xml files are actually empty right now

Project Administrator seems pretty responsive so far, fixing up a number of the usual issues very quickly.

I have a few wu's running right now, initial estimates are around 24hours per wu..

I turned up the heat on this one this morning. I like the long running WUs with small downloads. It makes a lot of difference on my network. The credit is fairly good too.

Let's just nobody comes along with a garage full of boxes to break it.

Yeah, it LOOKS good, but ya can't go sitting on your laurels, whatever they are. Probably uncomfortable, anyway.

to get a commanding lead over your team mates

Yes, Lauren, I think we've ALL noticed that. You da man!

By the way, does it really take three days to re-aim your fleet?

Sad but true Yes if it is a new project I have to log onto each node (60+)
and attach each node to the project
And with my life I only have little chunks of time to do tasks here so it adds up
