What could we get if I went to Full Burn besides a singed Butt![]()
Onwards and upwards
Lauren we need you on this.
5th place is some way off and our friends over at ARS are gathering momentum.
are we looking at this to the finish?
If, so how far off is the project finish? I thought it weas close even if we hit the accelerator we wouldn't get Team Warped before mid-April. That's assuming they don't put up a![]()
OK I will tag 1st place in cosmo in a few days and then I Will go to full burn in ORG
If we Can get a good commitment
I am sure we can gain ground FAST
After I get to 2 mil in ABC@Home and 1p in SOB, I'll switch everything over to OGR to the end.
some Reisel BOINC WUs to finish and NQueens to flush, once its back up. Then I'll switch it all to OGR too.
It LQQKs like we could take
4th Place Quick
3rd is a jump off and I am sure they will Bolt
as we close
When will this shut down
Lauren
We are actualy in 6th place at the moment not 5th, so 4th is a way off.
Might not be time to catch them.

Bok
It seems that the amiga team is missing from your stats..
My current estimation - based on data gathered since May 2007 - is somewhere mid-August 2008. The-MK uses the same algorithms as I do but has a different starting point of his data so he usually predicts one or two months later.
In fact one cannot really predict the end date with confidence. While the project's speed is quite constant at around 300 Gnodes/sec, the "percentage completed" is not. This is due to the old "one does not know how many nodes there are in a stub"-Problem. And stubs is what counts for the "percentage completed"-value.
Engage!
They are, but they choose not to show members on the official stats so I can't add them...or at least a password is required.. http://stats.distributed.net/team/tm...id=25&team=200

That explains it then.
Bet there not crunching on the Amigas any more.![]()
2.3 times the output DPC had yesterday is our overall GNodes![]()
the-mk
but: take a look at "[DPC] NoizyCows" who flushed about 60% of the amount he ever produced!! seems to be he is a rarely dumper since the last few dumps, but then hard!![]()

to get a wriggle on if we are going to get a place or 2 with DPC having a run to the finish.
We need to hit 1.7 or more daily to realise our target.
Sothem puppies.
Also who else is up for a run to the finish?
Moved over a big chunk of my boxen today to help out.

deployed in OGR.
I think with Lauren, IB, Highvoltz and Maefly doing 200+ per day. PCZ and Bok adding another 200 between them. That's 1 million, it's up to the rest of us to find the 700, 000. Perv boy is up and down, Condor does 60 ish, I can do 50 ish.
Meep has a PS3 on it and I think The MK has too.
So can we swing 1.7 per day?
I do confirm having a PS3 doing fulltime OGR!
the-mk
Yep, 1 x PS3 it is, running since I bought it.... stealth stats whore
Unfortunately I have no time to move whatever the rest is on to this... if some1 finds me a link to a UK 40GB PS3 for £250 i could double my output![]()
All most at Full BurnAbout 96% Committed Now

Have a bunch of boxen doing their last sob tests. A couple have finished causing my rise in daily output. The rest should be there in the next few days or so.
Guys we need to increase production if we want to
a: Overhaul Team Warped
b: stay ahead of the BOINC Wrapper
With daily production seeing a threefold increase, the project is going to rush to it's conclusion.
So do we want this place or not?
laurenu2 327,332 Gnodes Today
I'm giving her all she has, If I push her any more she will lose Anti-Matter containment
Nice output !!!
Probably has a lot to do with this .plan entry

Dear friends,
We are coming towards the final stages of the OGR-25 project.
Our network has come under some strain in recent days, due to
the amount of OGR work being processed. We are aware that
some of the stubs being issued are very small. This is making
calculating buffer requirements difficult for those of us who
like to keep a close eye on things.
In the default configuration, an instance of dnetc which
cannot receive OGR stubs to work on will switch over
seamlessly to the RC5-72 project. We recommend to leave this
behaviour in place, if only to ease the load on our network
at this busy time.
If you have disabled the RC5-72 project in your client
configuration, your client may sit idle for a time while we
continue to experience difficulties with network connections.
We expect that the network connection difficulties will
continue into Monday, as this is historically the busiest
day of the week for our system. Please bear with us as we
work to resolve the shortages. We thank you for your
support.
Moo! ]:8)
Good thing we run our own pproxy serversplus Bok's, which gives us an additional level of buffering.
